I've had the LE since a day or two after Lovestruck released, if that's of any help to know.
If you would like to trigger it, it's currently tied to Monica López (López household, should be last played); Aziz Nadir (Nadir Household); Carmen Ortega (Dynamic Daters household). Triggers on zone, pretty consistently regardless of whether affected sim is in zone - just need to be playing their household to get it. Does help if they are in zone though.
