Male Sim has makeup on while working out??
My male sim's picture in the bottom left of the screen always changes to make it look like he has makeup on, but ONLY when he works out. Why????

did you try take him to dresser-plan outfit and see if the makeup is assigned to him with that outfit and remove the makeup from there then back to live mode have him change to everyday then change to the workout one and see if all is well
Did you check his outfit ? Does he have makeup ?
Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
Did you create that Sim yourself ?
