map won't load when leaving Kiyomatsu Point

I have looked absolutely everywhere for the bug report form and did searches to find instructions, but every "new topic" option I select only ends up as this. So, if you could tell me how to submit an actual bug report, please tell me.

Any way... Here's the bug report (with a copy and pasted version):

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? ⸱ㄱ⸱〱⸲〱〳 (the latest as of December 5th, 2024)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but a few kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build in Kiyomatsu Point then try to return to manage world
What happens when the bug occurs? endless loading screen
What do you expect to see? The world map
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No idea

I was trying to build on Kiyomatsu Point. I wanted to go to manage worlds to reload the lot and bring a sim there. Never made it to manage worlds, because there was an endless loading screen. I can't force close the game. I can't view task manager to force close the game. The only way to leave is to hard shutdown my computer (which, by the way, is hard on computers), so I can't keep trouble shooting this and risk damage to my computer.

I'd attach a picture, but it would just be a screenshot of a loading screen.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
