Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Build Mode, look for the window Mega Window (Cloverfield), place it on a wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? When Mega Window (Cloverfield) is placed on a wall a crack-like glitch will appear. You will be able to see the other side of environment, whether it be the outside or inside environment.
What do you expect to see? No cracks, and to be able to see the inside/outside of the environment through the window pane only.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
