"Mess Around" Option on Ride Greyed Out

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? High School Years and everything else that you can buy
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the cuddle cart ride
What happens when the bug occurs? The option "mess around with [sim]" is greyed out, instead with the prompt "Louise knows her preferences don't match"
What do you expect to see? The option to be clickable and for them to fool around
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I can't really be any more specific. Maybe it's my mods but I doubt it, the only one that interferes with that kind of thing is a polyamory mod called "open love life". Help?
