Military Career Not Working

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enroll sim in the military carrer, wait for time to go to work.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the count down to go to work gets to zero it changes to "Happening Now" and then a in game second later restarts accoriding to time to the next shift. I get no "Work starts in an Hour" notification and, being the military career, get to prompt to choose go to work, work from home or TPO.
What do you expect to see? My sim getting the prompt to choose to go to work or work from home, and them actually going to work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried looking for people reporting the same issues, I have tried removing all mods, deleting lcalthumbnail cache and reparing the game but it doenst work. I also have tried chaging my sim's work outfit as some peopel suggested but t also didnt work, and thats actually when I noticied I wasnt even recieving notifcations about the work starting in an hour or prompt to work from home.

Also I had this issue with another savefille more than two updates ago so Im not sure when it started but its only with this career.
