Missing features in Create-A-Sim in Sims 4

I'm struggling with Create-A-Sim. I can't change any of the body parts, hair, or clothes because every time I open those tabs, it says there are no results. This happened after i updated the game. I'...

Does sound like a cc issue. Remove everything you have and put it back in groups to find the culprit(s). Lots of stuff is broken
