[MOD RELATED] My sim had a miscarriage

Please help, my sims was in labor and she was doing a work out. I saved the game and exited into main menu to see if she would give birth but her body is back but no baby is with the house hold ☹️

    Are you using any mods in your game ?

    Did you try shutting down your game completely and restart `?
