[MOD RELATED] Travelling loading screens game gets stuck

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem. But my game loads fine and I can play, but if I want to travel to another lot the loading screen gets stuck! The game doesn't crash per se as...

Could you try this: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/ ?

@loritbaudelaire I have this problem occasionally but I don't have any mods installed.
