We have not been able to reproduce this bug on our end and hence collecting saves to investigate further.
If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version (without mods), would you be willing to share your save file(s)?

I get this bug occasionally in fact, it just happened again and what I do every single time is I exit the household and go back in. It seems to reset the music; for me anyway.
But I did write down the different solutions to try them just in case this one stops working for me.
Anyway, I thought I would just share my solution for this because it's not on the list that I found.
