Music-Loving Children Who "Listen Deeply" Have Stretched Limbs

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a child sim with the Music Lover trait. Turn on a stereo and select Listen Deeply.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the child Listens Deeply, they awkwardly stretch their limbs out into what I assume is an animation intended for adult framed sims and hover above the ground while doing a silly little dance.
What do you expect to see? I expect the child to stay the same height and not develop Stretchy Limb Syndrome.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
