What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have both HSY and MWS installed and enabled. Have your sim get a SO and make it official. Wait for the SO to propose via the HSY relationship progression. Try planning a MWS Wedding Event, via any available method.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Wedding Event planning UI is blank other than titles, with a blue square where the image would be. I can only exit without being able to plan anything.
What do you expect to see? The list of events on the left, the picture for top listed event top right and the description of that event below it, with a button to proceed at the bottom. To be able to select an event and continue planning.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I haven't had a wedding in a while (I play premades a lot, who are often married already), so haven't seen this issue until playing with a single premade who's fiancé proposed to her. He actually proposed twice, because he proposed, died (via NS, he was a townie) and then his ghost proposed a second time.
I've tried planning the wedding event (Engagement Dinner) 4 ways: phone, calendar, computer and via the action on the fiancé. None worked.
I also tested on a different engaged couple (Markovics, premade engaged couple), and they could plan an event via any method just fine.

Yeah, I'm also having this issue as well, it's a fresh install of my game since I got a new computer and my PC meets the game requirements.
I took all the mods out and am still getting this error, I've also traveled with my sim, that didn't work either.
NPC.
I deleted the old save, repaired the game, and I'm currently trying with a fresh save. I'll let you know how it goes.
So the bug is still an issue but here's the thing I've noticed.
I have also this bug but it does not only apply to werewolves npc. Its happening to Bonehilda and one of my spellcaster. I cant remember wich one call my sims to know what they should do, either propose, do what you want or dont propose options... I believe at the time I said propose and when I came back to my spellcaster, and tried to marry him to her, I got that blank planning UI.
