No birthday cakes work fine for me and the interaction is not greyed out, also when I did test it on a table, it was a square one.

    No, I did play with a mod that helps with MWS, and I was able to do majority of the wedding fine, as buggy as the pack is, I can do everything else with the wedding cake but cut it with spouse.
