[MWS] No guests showed at wedding

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have two Witches get engaged 2. Wedding Event -> Engagement dinner in Vaun Haunt Estate 3. From here Wedding Event -> Wedding Ceremony in Tartosa (La Coppia Serena Wedding Venue) 4. Set up the wedding invite everyone
What happens when the bug occurs? No officiant, No Ring Bearer, No Flower Sim, Sim of Honor available to select. Despite the fact that I had set these up before I had tried to get married. I said screw it and went to the wedding, anyway, because who needs those titled sims? Invited max guest list. Got to the wedding venue, it was only my sims getting married there, I waited for about 5 real life minutes and no one showed up.
What do you expect to see? I expected the expansion pack to work properly, for one. I asked multiple people to perform actions during the ceremony, so when I went to get married, I expected them to be at least pickable. I also expected guests at my ceremony.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I waited to purchase this xpansion because of the bad reviews on it.
I figured a couple months, and it'll all be fixed. But no, Still having issues.
I want a refund!
