My food order in SIMS4 doesn't get delivered

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know.
What happens when the bug occurs? After I've ordered food, the food is not being delivered.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the food being delivered.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I order food groceries for my fridge and pay for it. But the delivery guy never comes till my house. I get no food som I can cook anything. Am I doing anything wrong.
Sorry if my english is bad but I'm trying my best to explain.
I have tried to read other treads but most of them seem like a delivery guy appears but they cant accept the delivery. But I don even get at person with the food in a bag at my door. What do I do?
