    @mightyspritesims Thank you for teying to help. I believe I found a solution. I deleted the mailbox and got a new one and now her novels are showing on the royality list and she's getting paid. I hope this helps anyone who comes looking for an answer

@HawnaKitty Okay, I may not be able to help you myself, but it could be helpful for others to know as they work on this- What does show up in the royalty list you mentioned?
