My sims cant get married

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By Clicking on the Wedding Arch.
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to get my engaged sims married at the arch and everytime it says either: You cannot marry a sim in your employ, Your Fiance isn't nearby or says the sim is already engaged.
What do you expect to see? My sims should get married
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I go to get my unemployed sims who don't have any relationships with anyone but besides each other because I had to remove all their relationships thinking that was the problem. But it still says either: You cannot marry a sim in your employ, Your Fiance isn't nearby or says the sim is already engaged. When they're unemployed and on the same lot. I've gone and removed the cache over and over, repaired the game, uninstalled and renistalled, update, Uninstalled/Installed Origin and EA Desktop. Yet it still says the same thing I'm just super confused whats going on.
