My sims will always flush before using toilet and not after

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask a sim to use the toilet.
What happens when the bug occurs? Before the sim goes to the toilet the flush interaction will always show up.
What do you expect to see? The sim will go to toilet and flush after not before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Minor bug im not even sure if you can call it that it just kind of annoys me. I don't have any other information apart from that.
