My Sims wont woohoo or try for baby

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? this only started the last few days and i saw on the sims no mods fb page that a few people have had the same problem. when sims try to woohoo its as if there is a glitch and they cant do the woohoo action.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I try to get my sims to woohoo or try for baby they reset and action doesn't happen. I've tried restarting game, resetting sims and clicking on the shower, bed, hot tub etc but they cant seem to woohoo.
What do you expect to see? That my sims can woohoo or make a baby please
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
