Nanny won't come inside to do their job

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except For Rent and Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a household with newborns/infants/toddlers, hire a nanny.
What happens when the bug occurs? The nanny won't come in even with the doors unlocked and will just stand there outside the house idling with no way to even fire them.
What do you expect to see? The nanny doing their job.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Last patch broke this.
The sims are all aliens, if that matters. New save, new family. Almost had my infant taken because the nanny wouldn't do their job while my parent sims were at class.
