[CoL] Gifts to birds/rabbits/foxes are spoiled no matter quality

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give a gift, such as (and especially) a book or flower, to a flock of wild birds, a wild rabbit, or fox.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter the quality of the gift, the bird/rabbit/fox will say its spoiled and the gift will disappear. I can then give another gift, as though I never gave a gift at all with no update on their preferences, which they will more than likely say is spoiled as well and thus repeat the process.
What do you expect to see? Wild animals should only give the spoiled gift reaction upon receiving a spoiled item like spoiled milk, spoiled eggs, or spoiled fish. Giving them a gift that is not spoiled and has normal or good quality should update their preferences and trigger feedback based off of said preferences.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Trying to give gifts to wild animals has about a 50/50 chance of receiving the spoiled gift response and then voiding it completely. Sometimes if I try again with the same gift they will change their response to either negative or positive, but both gifts were the same in quality.
