Needs bar doesn't change color (Unmodded Games/Console)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except My Wedding Stories, Horse Ranch. All game packs except Star Wars, Werewolves. All stuff packs except knitting, pets, and toddlers.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Through a specific mod.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I load up a save file, there are 2 sims I have on the file that have the glitch where the needs are stuck on the same color. When the hunger goes down it will stay green instead of changing to yellow or red and the sim can starve. Another glitch is that I have autonomy for selected sims off, but the 2 sims I play with do whatever despite being selected.
What do you expect to see? I have autonomy for selected sims disabled, but sim still has autonomy and their needs go down without changing color, and even if they fill the needs it remains yellow or red.

The bug that I have is mod related and I want to know what mod can cause select sims to have their needs bar not change color when it goes down. Hunger, bladder, and energy all stay the same color even when full. Also, the bug happens to override the disabled autonomy for selected sims, so whenever a sim is selected they still have free will not based on any of the needs going down low, just doing whatever they want to do and it interferes with selecting things to do for the sim as well. I know SOL mod is one of those that is blamed for the needs not changing color, but I had removed that and nothing happened. I removed any script mods and nothing changed. Only until I turned off the mods did the problems go away. On other save files, I do not have the same problem even with mods active, so I don't know if the file is corrupted with bugs (if that's possible), and saving it as a new file doesn't get rid of the problem either. Most mods I have are cosmetics, which wouldn't affect the needs or autonomy unless I'm mistaken?
