[NEEDS INPUT] [CD] Cured animals keep visual symptoms for a while

I had this recently, with the red nose illness - took dog to Vet, chose expensive treatment, but still had red nose, went for check up, told dog was healthy. I tried a wellness treat too and debug object. After that I went back to a previous Save Game I think, or possibly lost a few days progress by exiting without saving. In either case the dog hasn't been ill since! Nice to know it will eventually sort itself.
