I'm having this issue currently, second time on second pet during two weeks of game play. I had to load a saved version of my pet because this bug persisted over 3 days and several log out/ins. I have tried the wellness treat but the bug persists and it has been two days now. It shows the dog has the dizzy symptom. he is behaving normally otherwise. I was running the full needs cheat. no mods.
Can someone please suggest another work around? If i load a saved version of my pet the relationship values and training are all reset and I've had this pet for ages. Any help is appreciated.
