[NEEDS INPUT] [CD] Sim loose weight quickly when going for jog with dog

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, Parenthood, Spa Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make sim do action "Go for jog" with their dog.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim loses a significant amount of weight in a short period of time. After making my slightly overweight sim take the dog for a jog, you can now see her ribs.
What do you expect to see? Sims not lose as much weight as quickly when taking a dog for a jog.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is the sim before taking the dog for a (second, she already began losing weight unintentionally.) jog (brown haired sim). She is clearly not a "stick," but has a nice, full body type.
Here she is obviously alot skinnier. You can see her vertebrae, ribs, and she has a "thigh gap."
