So the same thing happened to me and I kept entering the cheat while at the vet clinic. I went back home and did the cheat Bucks.unlock_perk SupplyQuality true and then I opened the clinic and went back and it actually worked. Hope this helps!

Didn't get a chance to test this. Don't think it's a general issue or there would be more reports but someone else has reported one perk not working for them, Meanwhile, would you be willing to share your save ?

I don't know if you can reset them, but there are cheats to unlock the perks, you might try that if the game for some reason thinks that you have not got it.
Bucks.unlock_perk SupplyQuality true
You need the testingcheats true cheat first. Hope it works!

I'm playing the sims 4 and have all the expansion packs, outdoor retreat, jungle adventure, dine out, cool kitchen stuff, and my first pet stuff installed. I encountered a problem when running a vet clinic in which some of the perks are not functioning. The only one I've discovered so far is that I'm not allowed to set the vet supply quality, but when I try to purchase the perk so that I can do that, it tells me that I already purchased the perk. I've got no mods installed and have closed the game and re-opened it a number of times because small glitches like this occur a lot for me, and usually re-loading the game fixes it. It isn't fixing this one, however. I did visit the clinic with a secondary sim, which I heard was an issue in the past, but I would think they would have fixed such a bug by now. If anyone knows how to help, please tell me.
