What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions, Realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, dine out, spa day, outdoor retreat, moschinos, tiny living, laundry stuff, kids stuff, toddler stuff, backyard stuff, spooky stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have stairs in apartment zenview 702. They don’t work even if they’re unobstructed and are basically missing, sims can’t go up them but can move freely on both floors. If you replace it with a ladder it will work but the ladder will become unremovable. The problem is likely the stairs in zenview 703 merging with 702.
What happens when the bug occurs? The stairs are unusable, and if you replace it with a ladder the ladder will work but will be unremovable
What do you expect to see? Functioning stairs that exist both in game and in build mode, ladders that can be deleted.

I’d also like to add that the ladder when it becomes bugged only responds to the eyedropper tool, and cannot be moved or deleted by anything at all
Ah yeah, I had the not expanded to ops thing too, that happened whenever I tried to move anything before I replaced it with the ladder. When I replaced it with the ladder it went away but then the ladder became nonexistent pretty much. I guess zen view is just very buggy like you said
