[NEEDS INPUT] Clipping issue with legs on sitting down

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Cats and Dogs, Get to work, Get Together, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Vampires, Backyard, Kids Room, Laundry Day, My first pet, Romantic Garden, Vintage Glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I provided screenshots that hopefully you'll see what I mean
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever someone sits, there's a leg bulge / clipping issue
What do you expect to see? A Sim sitting without the clipping issues with the legs that I have
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So hopefully you can tell what I'm talking about and I've cleaned out my CC and saves but it keeps happening. I should mention that this is fairly recent? It hasn't been something that occurs 24/7 but I'm fairly certain it started after I used a pose pack n pose player. I uninstalled this script mod a while ago.

    so it's not just me??? yay! lol that's not good but I thought my game was just a mess

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a hefty/larger sim with larger thighs.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Sims hands will clip into sims thighs and legs. Unless your sim is skinny with skinny thighs, your sims hands will clip into their legs. In 2018, we can't have a chubby sim without clipping?
    What do you expect to see? Her hands to not clip into her skin.

    Mods and CC doesn't have anything to do with this, so I won't be taking them out test. It's EA. Any sim that is thicker in the thigh area, the hands will clip into their legs much like a pregnant sim that gets larger than normal with have clipping. And my sim isn't even that big. Just bigger, with thick thighs.

    Thanks! I have noticed this isn't with every sim, only some. Here is another picture, you can see the clipping with her and not her husband.
