[NEEDS INPUT] [DU] Sim gets kicked out of club after guest lecture

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Seasons, Tiny Living Stuff, City Living, Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - enroll to university (preferably Foxbury institure) - join any club - visit guest lecture
What happens when the bug occurs? The club membership of the Sim is removed after the guest lecture. Can't rejoin the club.
What do you expect to see? I would expect my Sim to still be a club member after the guest lecture. It's especially annoying since rejoing the club is also not possible anymore.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It happend only after the latest update (which was probably due to the rollout of eco-lifestyle?). Never experienced the problem before this

I enrolled into university (Foxbury Institute) and joined a club. That worked as usual. Once I visited a guest lecture my Sim was suddenly not part of the club anymore. I also was not able to rejoin. However, joining a different club was still possible. Again I visited a guest lecture and afterwards my Sim was not part of a club anymore. My Sim is living at home in Oasis Springs.

    @arya216 Do you mean the Uni Organisations ?

    Do you get any lastExceptions with that ? Found in your doc folder. If so, could you upload ?

    Either create a .rar file and upload that or c/p the content to a post within spoiler tags

    Yes that's what I meant (I play the game in German so my translation might not always fit the exact terminology used in the game in English)

    I found two last exception files in my docs folder for today (which is when the problem occured)

    @crinrict No, only thing I did was reset two members using resetSim, hoping that would allow me to rejoin (did not work). But that was after the bug occured for the first time. Besides that I did not do anything. I joined the Bot Savants, then went to a guest lecture (needed to visit three for my sims lifegoal) then home. At home I realized the organization membership was gone.

    Then I joined the Brainiacs, afterwards travelled to the university to visit another guest lecture. After the lecture (still on campus), I again realized that the organization membership was gone.
