[NEEDS INPUT] [FSP] Multitasking issues with earbuds on

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to do different activities with your sim while listening to music on earbuds. This might be tricky, because though experiencing this in my game I am unable to give a full description of the tasks that are having issues.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is some inconsistency on how multitasking works/doesn't work with earbuds on. I have spotted at least the following not working simultaneously with listening to music with earbuds (occasionally): - jogging - cleaning - doing dishes - painting - doing homework
What do you expect to see? I expect some common sense on what you are able to do while earbuds on. You should be able to clean the toilet seat or go for a jog while listening to music.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Just recently started using earbuds in my game, so I am unsure if some of these are by design.

Would appreciate any insight from fellow players on what you are able/unable to do while listening to music with earbuds on.

I would expect at least the same activities that you can do simultaneously while listening to the normal stereo to be available with earbuds too.
