I still couldn't take cutting from the coconut tree after repairing the game. There was only one in that family. So I decided to plant 2 more coconut trees and see how it goes. This time I can finally take cuttings and graft! I went back to take cutting from the first tree, still no luck. I guess that particular tree is bugged. Let me know if you still want my save file.
