Oh, so at least it's a safe bet to say that it's not a new bug introduced in Seasons.
But I wonder if Twigs are supposed to just be so rare as to be nearly useless.
Would this fit more in your compiled list of Whim Issues instead?
- I think it's a whim issue. Something they planned to do but never pulled through but forgot to take the whim out ?
Going to leave it separate for now and I'll try to get more info.The ability to revive dead plants has been in the game for as long as I can remember. I do not recall twigs actually being required.
Level 8 gardening skill is needed to “Revive” plants for §100 Simoleons.
