[NEEDS INPUT] Kiss Passionately missing for teens although flirty

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 147511020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get sim flirty with high romance
What happens when the bug occurs? the option does not appear
What do you expect to see? the option
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I think it happened after I got get famous also haven't seen them kiss passionately on there own

    So the issue is just with teens ?

    Trying to find out if they are supposed to have the option.

    Teens get the option with "Very Flirty emotion" and disappear after a few mins if not used. if you use "Passion Kiss" then there's a cool down timer of real life 10 mins then it will show again. 

    teens always had that options.. 

    my sim is in the drama class with max acting skills and it's still working as it should

    I haven't tried this (mostly due to the fact that I currently have no teens).

    I'll add this as needs input to see if there's other people who have issues with this.
