@gjbbuitelaar Are you not getting any money at all or no funds for selling the house ?

What happens if you sell the furniture ? Does that fund get added properly ?

That's the option I chose on both occasions, actually. So no, that funds does not add up to the new household fund.

No money at all is added up to the new household. Not from selling the house, the furniture or the existing household funds...

    @gjbbuitelaar I tested this on my save and the household funds were added for me but not the price for the house. Furniture I didn't test yet.

    Is this happening for all saves for you or a specific one ?

      Thanks for testing. I play with several families in one save. So far I have encountered it twice. Both times the sim lived in the city. One in the penthouse, the other in a regular apartment.

        @gjbbuitelaar I haven't tested an apartment yet. Will do that. You of course don't get any money for the 'house' in an apartment as you're only renting and not owning. You should get the funds you own tough
