[NEEDS INPUT] Off Grid Living: Warm/Brackish Water moodlet with enough water

@WhantSomeEggs i have this too. I have max stored water on a Sulani off the grid lot, but I still can't take a normal shower in an off the grid bath/shower. It doesn't make sense, because without ofd the grid, the shower works fine with plumbing.
