@crinrict I me too'd over there as well. Might just move sims to new saves, as this is getting ridiculous.

@wildirishbanshee I'm adding this as a separate thread for now. I've added the not being able to place new building part to the title

Hopefully QA can figure something out but given how long the problem has been around ....
