May I ask what lot did you place the spa on? I know a couple lot spaces where the spawn point is bugged and may end up with stuck sims that can't go inside the spa.

      Well that's kind of the problem with an outdoor spa; regardless whether they will switch to their cold weather outfit or not, they'll just freeze to death now when they switch to athletic gear for yoga/meditation when it's cold outside. Also, do you have all the necessary items for the spa lot?

        In fact, I've also got this issue with other neighborhoods.

        Some NPC walk in the neighborhood without wearing the warm outfit.

        My sims must tell them to wear something warmer.

        Note: They don't die.
