[NEEDS INPUT] Screenshot Capture Manager only saves first caption

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? take screenshots thru the game camera, add a caption, then close. then check in the screenshot capture manager and see that only the first photo has the caption
What happens when the bug occurs? captions from screenshots are not saved
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the captions that i added for each screenshot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hi - I've been using the Sims "camera" or screenshots since I've started playing Sims 4. I was used to the photo album in Sims 3 and was confident that as I'd play the images would be saved somewhere with the captions I assigned. It was really important for me to see the captions because now as I look thru them, I forget the significance of some of the moments I wanted to save as part of my narrative!! 

In a nutshell, the issue is that I finally located where to find the screenshot manager, only to find that 99% of my captions were never saved. I'm super bummed and am hoping there is a way to recover these.

    @TandisH I can confirm I'm seeing this as well.

    Seems only the first screenshot of each session has the caption saved

    @TandisH : Did you ever have this problem before the latest patch? I just went in my game with Origin offline (so that the game wouldn't patch) to check my most recent pics, and they had the captions I wrote as expected.

    @StarryMight Unfortunately I'm not sure - I'm still fairly new to Sims 4 with only 90 hours playtime :/ I only found this issue because I finally figured out where to find all my screenshots. Is there something you need to do to save the caption? I've always just typed the caption, then pressed exit.

    @TandisH: Okay. When did you start playing it?

    Also, when you typed the captions, did you press enter when you were done?

    @TandisH Hm. I just tried again on another save and now it works. Seems it was just a temp issue for me.

    I'm pretty sure I pressed Enter each as StarryMight suggested but it was only on the first one. Trying it again on a different save now, it works.

    @crinrict I would be so bummed if it was just because I didn't press enter all those times ☹️ For me it's still just the first one of each time I switched households.

    @TandisH Even if you purposefully press enter ? The writing becomes kinda greyish when ti's saved.

    If you remember what you wrote, you can still add captions later.
