I've removed your link and added your picture directly to your post. That's better cause external pics have the tendency to get lost.
You should also be able to attach fotos to your post yourself.
EDIT: Does this happen for any venue and any Sim ? Can't seem to duplicate. Call over is not greyed out for me.
ok! i'm sorry, i forgot about that. too tired!
"call over" was greyed out for the... i think 3 Sims i clicked on before writing about the "bug". that was at Creekside Smooth at Willow Creek. so i took more Sims to different venues and started clicking on basically every other Sim (not just 3, which i guess was too few) i saw walk by the lot.
i think the "problem" is that whoever they want to talk to needs to have spawned to walk into that same venue. "call over" works if the second Sim is already approaching, so they will walk over to the first one. if they have spawned just to walk by, the option will be greyed out, and the first Sim will have to run out to meet them.
i don't know. i still don't understand why i'm getting the "needs to be invited in first" bit--that is not an option when at community lots. it could simply say "this Sim is too far away to call over" like some other times.
