[NEEDS INPUT] Unable to move entire houses with platforms

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.102.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All available
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to move the house
What happens when the bug occurs? It's not possible to move the house at once.
What do you expect to see? Move all the house at once.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When move house is selected, we are only able to move the same platform level at once.

    @ctamarti Do you have issues with all houses using platforms or just this one ? Just tried one and was able to move that just fine.

    @ctamarti 

    I tested this and it does happen for houses with platforms against the exterior walls.  When I moved the house, the area with the platform gets left behind.  It does not happen for me when the platform is not touching the exterior walls.  The entire house moves then.
