@Shelbkyra6 Hi! It took me a minute to find the option as @crinrict mentioned. I do like the new pie structure, it's just taking me some time to find everything. lol
Also, the "ask to join" option is not available when sims are on a date. I don't know for sure, but other social events may also cause the option to vanish. I've noticed sometimes that if a non-played sim is already set to leave the lot, the social interactions are limited.
That was EXACTLY what was going on for me! Why WOULDN'T I ask a sim to move in on a date tho? It's kind of a big deal and if that is by design, that is a POOR choice imo that makes no sense (like many other things in the game) LOL
@MadameNordica Hi! I just saw your post. I agree with you. There have been numerous times that my sims were on a date and I wanted them to move in right then. It's kind of annoying but typically the option comes up right after the date ends, so it hasn't been earth-shattering. I don't know for sure but it could be by design for an ongoing event? Perhaps it would cause some game conflict with having a "guest" NPC all of a sudden becoming part of the household? As soon as I have the chance, I'm going to test it with other social events. I'm curious if this happens at a party too and not limited to dates.
@EA_Solaire Thanks so much for taking a look at this issue! Do you want saves where the "move in" interaction doesn't show on dates or other social events? Or only saves in which the interaction never shows at all?
