[ARCHIVED] Aspiration Goals Not Checking Off

@Jaldeer - Same. Bugs like this might seem minor, since we're still getting Satisfaction Points and Reward Traits, but if people are thinking their progress isn't being tracked, it might be enough to make them quit playing. This is so similar to when Reward Store Traits weren't being greyed out after being bought, making it hard to tell what you have or haven't done.
