[ARCHIVED] Buildings cast no shadows in Ciudad Enamorada and Britechester

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every EP, GP, SP, and Kit up until now (Lovestruck)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter one of the neighborhoods (Britechester, or Nuevo Corazón)
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain buildings cast no shadows, ruining immersion. One is a decorative shell, in Nuevo Corazón, a neighborhood in Ciudad Enamorada from EP16. The other is the stadium from the Britechester (neighborhood) in Britechester (world) from EP08.
What do you expect to see? The buildings to cast proper shadows.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Certain buildings cast no shadows, ruining immersion. One is a decorative shell, in Nuevo Corazón, a neighborhood in Ciudad Enamorada from EP16. The other is the stadium from the Britechester (neighborhood) in Britechester (world).

    I forgot to include the Britechester building that casts no shadows

    All on highest, uncompressed sim textures, post processing effects, no laptop mode. As you can see the other buildings cast shadows properly.

    @EA_Cade I am no longer able to duplicate it in britechester, that building has shadows now I believe @odaphii Can you check that?

    However I AM able to duplicate it in ciduad enamorda

    I shall PM you with a save.

    Gosh I am so sorry, I didn't realize I had replies!

    I still have both issues, I just tested it out in a freshly repaired vanilla game. Just in case, I tried with both DX9 and DX11, but the situation remains the same. I'm frankly not sure how you got your Britechester one working @gooochyeee!
