@SimGuruNick Many of the N.A.P. interactions are available to children when they shouldn't be. See the example below:

Note: You can mod your game file to remove the adult interaction for the child Sims. This will prevent the stretching. Or maybe @simvasion will be kind enough to make a mod to prevent NPC children from accessing adult autonomous N.A.P interactions.
- simvasion5 years agoHero@canelacaliente is using the adult sketchpad the only one that looks wrong when done by children, or are there other NAP idles too? There are pushes for other things like playing a guitar or doing situps, but I haven't really paid enough attention to see if child sims do those.

- 4 years agoCurious. Was this issue ever fixed? I completely turned N.A.P.'s off. The whole system was just too buggy for me to deal with.
