[NEEDS SAVES] Grim reaper wont collect the dead, household stuck

Yesterday a old lady died in a bar and everybody was sad. After a houre the body is still lying on the floor and grim reaper stays outside the bar. My household cant get home, because someone was "...

A sim died during a dinner party and the grim reaper won't leave. He is moving around and talking with my household but won't leave.

        Got this problem in my house, around 14 sims days ago the guy died.

        The grim reaper is just standing there and will not take away the died person.

        I can not do anything right now because its all blocked due the fact that the death guy needs to be removed.
