[NEEDS SAVES] [HSY] Can't take photo with others at Photo booth on Plumbite Pier

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, all game packs, most stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Plumbite Pier via the nearest lot. Invite another sim over via cellphone Attempt to take a photo together with the sim
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim performing the action will give the 'cannot reach/access this object' wave animation and thought bubble icon (pair of feet with an explosion)
What do you expect to see? Both sims getting into the booth to start taking photos. This photo booth action works at the Prom venue, just not at the Pier.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The photo booth at the Pier prevents Sims from taking photos with others, but does not prevent taking solo photos OR messing around in it.
There's a string of lights passing through it, if that helps.
You can take photos with others during prom with the photo booth however.
