[NEEDS SAVES] [S] NPC Sims Freezing To Death

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1-Have lots of NPC sims in your game 2-Have many households created by you in your game (sometimes it is one of them who dies) 3-Play a household in winter time in a neighborhood where it snows. 4-Eventually your game will be halted and the camera will direct the vision to a NPC freezing to death.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every winter NPC sims freeze to death, apparently because they choose to go jogging in proper jogging clothes when it is snowing. (The attached pic shows the SECOND NPC sim dying that same sim day)
What do you expect to see? All NPC sims should wear proper clothes to the weather when they go outside. If they decide to go jogging in winter they should do it wearing winter clothes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I've noticed the same thing here and no mods to correct it. NPCs will come to the gym during a blizzard and "dun dun dun" freeze to death. I should take a picture of the 6 urns that decorate the gym now because someone freezes to death every winter at the gym.

    My sim lives on  Henford and every winter, NPCs decide to go swimming on the river and freeze due to that.

    I've been having this issue for years, I think ever since I installed seasons in 2019-ish. Didn't even realize it was a bug. I have mods now but the issue long predated the use of any mods or cc in my game

    Every winter I see NPCs freezing to death because of inappropriate clothes, the same story every winter! When will this finally be fixed???

    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    What is your current game version number? idk, last time I ipdate was 06/14/24
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? desert lux, holiday celebrations, seasons, laundry day, dream decorator, parenthood, get together, grow together, first pet, blooming rooms, holiday celebration
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? workout at the san myshuno gym during winter
    What happens when the bug occurs? a sim freezes to death outside, and then everybody goes outside to witness and mourn the death without changing into winter clothes and now everyone is freezing to death. Unable to save game, leave lot, or enter another game mode.
    What do you expect to see? sims change into winter wear so they dont also die
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
