[NEEDS SAVES] Tooltip and growth chart keeps disappearing from plants

I'm having an issue where I am unable to view what a plant is when I hover over it. Usually you can see what plant it is, the season it harvests in, and a description. It's intermittently happening, going to a different lot seems to fix it for a little while. 

I have no mods or cc, I removed them and repaired my game. I'm on the latest version of the game for PC and have all the DLCs.

@SimizenJ I merged your post with the existing thread on this.

Do you have the issue in all worlds ?

It should resolve itself with a loading screen.

    I have this issue in multiple worlds: Windenburg and Ravenwood so far. When changing lots temporarily fixes it. I think when my sim interacts with any plant is when the plant detail disappears for all plants.

      @SimizenJ Thanks. Removing the pack tag from the title then.
