Neighborhood stories: No accidental deaths

How often does the bug occur? Every time I start a new save, after a few months of Sims time
What is your current game version number? 
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, just a few stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in one save for a while. At first, 1-2 neighborhood stories deaths occur every night at around 3AM. After a few months of Sims time, the rate decreases and eventually there are no more neighborhood stories deaths.
What happens when the bug occurs? Neighborhood stories deaths stop happening. Other neighborhood stories actions seems to happen normally.
What do you expect to see? For neighborhood stories deaths to continue on at the same rate.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I have MCC
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, they have always stopped eventually since neighborhood stories came out
