[NOT BUG] Columns are displayed where they are not actually placed

First, I apologize that my English is bizarre (English is not my mother language).

Issue

I built a house (as a residential lot) and decorated its outer walls with columns. Then, I uploaded the house to the gallery and downloaded it onto another lot. When I looked inside of the house, I found that inner walls are also decorated with columns. However, I never place any columns on the inner walls. This problem occurred when I made a kind of sunken rooms (by deleting foundation and create a sunken area on the floor), and there is no floor (which is not sunken) between the walls and the sunken area.

In order to clarify whether it is just some kind of mistakes or not, I built another house on a different lot and duplicate the same design with the house which I found the problem. The result is that the same problem did not occur. The only difference between these two houses is that I did not upload the latter one to the gallery and download it.

I attached a photo to show my problem. The columns which are encircled by red line are not actually placed on the inner wall in the build mode. However, they are displayed on the inner wall, and the system seems to think that they are actually placed (I could not place objects that overlap with the columns).

Mod/CC

I use no mods or ccs.

Expansion packs

I installed Get to work and Spa Day.

Occurring since

I realized this problem after the patch 1.14.49.1020 is installed.

System

Windows 10 Home (64 bit)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3740QM CPU @ 2.70GHz

GPU: GeForce GT 650M

I can confirm that this is an issue if you do not have a flat or deck placed next to the wall where you've placed the columns.

If you can place a flat or deck, the columns only show up outside, although their shadows show up inside (but that's for another thread!):

It appears to be happening because the open foundation area is no longer considered a proper room.  You will notice that the same thing happens if you simply draw a wall and place columns on it.

I don't know if I would consider this a bug.  It really relates more to the game's design of treating what it defines as a "room" in one manner and having different rules for everything else, and the fact that once you carve out that foundation space (or make an open story area), you have lost the "room" designation.  Until/unless they change that design, you're going to have stuff like this (and lighting, and roofs intruding into interiors, etc.).

Thank you so much for replying!

    I will change the design.

I also appreciate for attaching photos (they helped me greatly to understand your point).
